In Press release

January is the time of lots of activity – from listing new year resolutions to manic decluttering and new regimes for health and fitness. Some activities fall by the wayside within the first few days – and I do question why we are trying to cram in manic activities when the rest of Mother Nature’s creatures are hibernating!

January is, however, a great month to dream. To plan, to map out and to prepare mentally, physically and emotionally so that when springtime hits we are ready to go!

Here at Bounce HQ it’s been an exciting time for plans and we are very pleased to announce some key changes here…and also what that will mean for everyone we work with!

Introducing Laura Barnett – our new Director of Bounce!

Laura and Nicky

Laura has been involved with the team for the last 2 years, from working on our logo and brand to becoming a licensee and one of our main trainers. Laura and I are pictured above teaching the sixth form students to Bounce at Castle School in Thornbury. Our programme has proved popular and we have loved the feedback from the students – including using our techniques to help with challenges from Uni interviews to improving sleep.

We are very excited that Laura has decided to join us and we look forward to sharing some of the plans we are currently working on!

We’re on the move!

At the end of last year we applied to the Nat West Entrepreneurial Spark scheme – and we got a place! In February we move into the business hatchery in Bristol city centre, to work with other entrepreneurs passionate about making a difference and building their business.

This means we will be able to focus on our mission – to make a global difference to the health and happiness of individuals, companies and schools with help from experienced mentors focused on our success and growth.

Save the date!

Next week we are unveiling our brand new presentation, so look out on social media for all the details – we promise you will benefit!
